Okay y’all, these protein pancakes are 🔥 🔥 🔥 Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and protein helps to regulate blood sugar levels, support muscle mass and provide energy throughout the day.
Who doesn’t love a yummy pancake for breakfast with some good grass-fed bacon? We’ve been making these for a few months now, and they are chock full of good ingredients, high in protein, easy to make and SO satisfying 🥞 Recipe below 👇🏼 Enjoy!!
🌿 1 cup organic oats (I use sprouted organic oats from Costco)
🌿 1 cup organic cottage cheese
🌿 3 large organic eggs
🌿 1 scoop of collagen powder
🌿 1 tablespoon of seeds - chia, flax or pumpkin
🌿 1/2 tsp baking soda
🌿 1/2 tsp baking powder
🌿 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
🌿 1/2 tsp vanilla
Toss ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add a small amount of nut milk of choice to thin batter to desired consistency if needed. Cook in grass-fed butter and enjoy!! 😋
