Dear Sales Merchant-

Can you pretty-please wait another 10 years before requiring OUR ELDERLY to download an app just to make a purchase? AND at least have one register with a cashier open?

The sad look on an elderly face at a store as they attempt a purchase on their own shows signs of depression. They prefer to handle a purchase comfortably without someone making them feel inadequate.

Thank you for considering the needs for ppl who paved the way for you to make a sale in first place 🙂

My day, they insisted to never sign before ya thoroughly read it. Today, businesses demand you sign, and got nerve to get offended when you ask to glance at the docs requiring your signature. Our Elderly clients know I do not allow anyone to play them.

Me: Turn your computer monitor around and let my client read it first, then print a copy for their records, please.
