Lets take some time to relax and reset the nervous system by using above techniques. This conscious breathing will help to reconnect/ introduce the part of you missing.

Also introducing into daily practices couple times a day, will help to calm your mind. The calm mind is the ultimate weapon against challenges. So relax 🧘‍♀️📿
