What is metabolic testing??? Well, let me break it down...

❌This test measures something called your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), basically how many calories your body burns at rest, just to keep you alive (breathing, circulating blood, thinking, digesting, etc.).
❌So, what you will do is sit and breathe into the machine for about 10 minutes while relaxed. It measures the amount of oxygen your body uses, which is directly tied to how many calories you burn.
❌It’s painless, non-invasive, and gives you your actual metabolism number instead of a guess or generic chart.
