Hima Dalal Integrative Health hosted its sixth Wellness Day at the Farm—a tradition we now offer twice a year to help participants reconnect with the universal energy that flows through the skies, the green grass, and the waters around us. This restorative event takes place on a serene 200-acre farm, complete with a peaceful old farmhouse that once served as a hospice in the 1960s, flowing river water, and gentle, loving pet cows who have become an essential part of the experience.
Everyone had a special opportunity to connect with the cows—petting them, feeding them, and experiencing their calm, grounding energy, which added warmth and joy to the day.
The program included gentle yoga, guided meditation, energy-guided meditation, and art meditation, allowing participants to tap into creativity, stillness, and inner balance. Hima Dalal led powerful practices aimed at cleansing, balancing, and rejuvenating the body’s energy centers.
Hima offered a detailed explanation of how to begin a Hawan—what materials to use, how to prepare, and the spiritual significance behind this sacred ritual of purification, offering, and transformation.
Throughout the day, participants were able to ground themselves in the natural surroundings—connecting with the Earth, the flowing water, the fresh air, the leaves, the bird songs, and the quiet wisdom of nature. Together, we worked on releasing emotional traumas and energetic debris that often accumulate as negative emotions in a form of sadness, depression, anger, frustration, fear etc.
Purification of soul ,Body and emotions was divine experience for
All participants.
A wholesome, home-cooked, balanced meal brought everyone together, followed by meaningful discussions on the true concept of wellness and practical tools for regulating emotions in everyday life.
The weather was perfect, the energy uplifting, and the entire group left feeling refreshed, centered, and rejuvenated. We are deeply grateful to the farm’s owner, Dr Coker for generously offering his 150-acre space and guiding us to the river—making it possible to create such a powerful day of healing, connection, and renewal.
