π Huge shoutout to this group for completing the Murph Challenge in honor of our fallen heroes.
π«‘ βThe Murphβ is a CrossFit Hero Workout named after U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who gave his life in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005 while courageously attempting to save his team under enemy fire.
The workout consists of:
π 1-mile run
π₯ 100 pull-ups
π₯ 200 push-ups
π₯ 300 squats
π 1-mile run
πΊπΈ More than just a workout, Murph serves as a powerful reminder of sacrifice, service, and gratitude for those who gave everything for our freedom.
