Explant surgery can be as simple as removal of the breast implants, and can comfortably be performed in the office with conscious sedation. Often, we need to remove the scar tissue surrounding the implant or perform a breast lift for improved cosmesis. Depending on your goals, there may be a variety of options to help you look and feel your best.

Why dual plane?
Dual-plane breast augmentations are great for patients who do not wish to have visible scarring on the breast, but have a small amount of breath ptosis (sagging). This approach allows the implant to fill out the lower portion of the breast more adequately.
Photos are actual patient of mine and used with special permission. Individual results may vary. Not everyone is a candidate for breast augmentation, and you should speak with a board-certified plastic surgeon about which option is best for you.

In honor of our office Botox day, I wanted to share some of our most commonly treated areas.
The upper third of the face (forehead, crows feet and 11’s) are by far the most commonly treated areas and most reliable places to inject.
Bunny lines can also easily be taken care of for those who scrunch their nose.
Injecting the chin area can help improve the appearance of your skin if you have a lot of chin dimpling.
Platysmal bands (i.e. neck area) are often overlooked. These are one of my favorites to inject, as there are two benefits. One is getting rid of the strong vertical bands, you see in your neck, and the other is allowing a little bit of a lift along the jaw line.
Whatever your neurotoxin preference is, just keep up-to-date and you’ll be able to help minimize your wrinkles.
