If you've visited the office recently, you've noticed we added two additional treatment rooms. One of those rooms is occupied by Kit Plummer, LMT. He has a long list of licenses and certificates including: Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, Clinical Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Tai Chi Instructor, Mindfulness Coach, and Yoga Instructor 😮‍💨

Kit is one of five bodyworkers who rent space here and operate independently from Inner Space. Please check out his website (and Youtube channel) to see all he has to offer 🙏

Hello, beautiful people! Please allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Noha Mavrakis, and I am super excited to start my journey with Dr. Daniel in his massage therapy mentorship program. My interest in having a career in the field of massage therapy began unexpectedly when I was working as an esthetician at a local spa. Though I specialized in facials, I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to participate in all spa services including massage.

As an esthetician, I want to become a massage therapist to expand my skill set and provide a more holistic approach to client care. Massage therapy complements esthetics by promoting relaxation, improving circulation, and enhancing skin health—key elements in achieving glowing, rejuvenated skin. By integrating massage techniques into my treatments, I can offer a more comprehensive wellness experience, addressing both aesthetic and therapeutic needs. This additional expertise will allow me to better serve my clients, relieve their stress, and elevate their overall spa experience, making my practice more versatile and fulfilling. Ultimately, becoming a massage therapist aligns with my passion for helping others look and feel their best, inside and out.

Hello! My name is Jared Hyler, I’ve been an Athletic Trainer at both high school and collegiate levels for the last 7 years, and I am ready for a new challenge. After graduating from the LMT program, I intend to use my orthopedic expertise to serve the community through massage therapy. This includes orthopedic evaluation, rehabilitation, and prevention plans, as well as taping, wrapping, and bracing. Whether you are a weekend warrior, a parent, or a high-level athlete, you can trust that I will help you achieve a state of peace and wellness. With proficiency in Corrective Exercise, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage, and Dry Needling, I offer a wide range of modalities to ensure you feel happy and healthy!

Did you know…. the state of Missouri now requires 625 classroom hours to be eligible for massage therapy licensure?

Inner Space is implementing these new hours beginning March 4th. We are offering our 625 hour program for the price of our previous 500 hour program… a savings of $1,500. This is a onetime offer so act fast, before it’s too late 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️
