🥰 I sometimes wonder how our community came to be so full of love and kindness, and then I'm reminded by a picture like this.

I'm extremely selective about who I hire to work at the studios, in any capacity. If they don't have a heart for every living being, they probably won't even like it here.

When I opened the second location, I knew I could no longer be at the forefront 24/7... meeting every student, hugging those in need, congratulating all on their healing, and protecting the peace of this place. I knew I'd have to find the right people to extend the same generosity of spirit that the business, the practice, was founded on.

I did not know how easily love would flow through these walls and kindness through our speech and actions, even in my absence. I look at people like Wendy (left) and Laura Lyn (right), and I just get it.

This place has so much good inside, and it's because of them and so many others. They- every employee and student that calls LRY a home- are a reflection of the light we all carry. Build a place that connects you to the peace within your soul, and it will catch like wildfire.

Though the world can so easily distract us from this truth- We are each innately precious and righteous and benevolent and bright. I'm so thankful for a staff, a community, a practice, that reminds me all the time. ❤️✨️

For those who want to elevate their practice and explore the true essence of Yoga, it begins here.

This is so much more than a certification. It's an adventure of personal evolution, deeper self-awareness, and lasting change.

Our program consists of 10 weekend intensives and culminates in a 4 day retreat: a peaceful and dedicated space to reflect, integrate, and celebrate the journey!

Social media and word of mouth have brought us the best team members we could have ever dreamed of, so we're turning to the community once again. 💫

Our yoga family is growing, and we're looking for the right people to join us on the journey.

As we add classes to the schedule, we're in need of 2 instructors with a strong passion for the practice and a big heart for our students. If you've been to the studio, you know that our community is so, so special. In addition to teaching skill and experience, we're looking for someone to take loving care of the beautiful people that call LRY home. We offer yoga styles ranging from therapeutic restorative to lively flow. Interview includes audition with LRY owner + team member(s).

Our front desk team is the grounding force of this company; and their warmth of presence is an enormous reason we're acknowledged time and time again for our welcoming environment. We're hiring for 2 part-time receptionists to tend to our weekly classes and the many special events we hold on the weekends. Shifts are 3-4 hours long; and tasks include open/closing, knowledge of systems, client account management, and general support for students and teachers.

The majority of our community is not fitness-driven or physically inclined; but they do want to feel good in their bodies and see good in the world around them.

We offer a practice in a relaxed, non-heated, and free-spirited atmosphere. Simply put: Our priority is comfort, through and through.

It's not a pretty picture, but it is so meaningful.

Last night's event held 15 of the bravest women I've ever met- some of them who've practiced together for years, some of them who've never met or seen one another before, all of which who poured their heart into this bowl as if in the company of deep and familiar love.

During our ceremony, we each offered into the flames a piece of our lives to be transformed. We released it in the symbol of change; layered it with lavender for peace, calendula for strength, and bay leaves for wisdom; and watched as it all purified into ash and a graceful smoke that carried our intentions to forever.

Somewhere in the circle, as I witnessed the stories and the women who shared them, I was struck with such awe. Vulnerability is an incredible force, and the way this practice calls it forward moves me and stuns me all in the same moment.

Thank you for sitting together. Thank you for your expression. Thank you for stepping forward in truth and trust.
