Well, Jessica’s last workout before she gets ties the knot to her forever love. She started with me with before I branched out on my own and stayed with me until graduating nursing school. She got engaged and came back to make she’s lifted, popp’n, smoothe and tone. She looks beautiful and ready for her island wedding. Many blessings, strength, patience, understanding, peace and favor and the love that binds and last forever more be upon this marriage. Congratulations! Know that I love you all!

Shouting Happy Birthday to Davida Scott! She is one of the most outstanding, full of energy, most dancingest people I know. To know her is to love her. She has been a friend from our younger days in New York to my ram in the bush to a workout push partner. I wish all the best that God has to give you. Let get it! Jessica Laws is back with bells ringing in the air. I didn’t capture myself but best believe we got it in together and Jessica is showing just a little taste of what we did. It was a tire workout type of day with db tire step with overhead press and step down into a lunge, hammer tire swings, tire back extensions, tire over extended sit- ups& end with tire jumps. We made 2 rounds through. Join us! (I don’t own the rights to the music.)
