There will always be haters. People who are blinded by their own trauma and perception. People who bent the truth to make it fit into their story of demonizing you and your work.

The truth is, if you are really walking the walk, and I mean REALLY have your heart in it, those people are nothing but iron that sharpens iron.

I chose this life and this path chose me. No one ever said it was going to be easy. This path with turn you inside out. Show you all your bu****it and serve it to you on a silver platter for you to learn how to love and integrate each part of what makes you human.

All of it. The darkness and light. Nothing but the same thing on the opposite side of the spectrum.

We are here to love and be loved. We are here to experience all the e-motions.

Life itself is a blessing. Even through the difficulty there is always a breakthrough and a silver lining shining with hope, truth and light.

Thank you to all of those who see me on my journey. It will be a long one and this is the beginning of my wild women coming out.

I cannot be tamed. I will not be pressured to conform due to people’s illusions of what they think reality is.

I am grounded.
I am centered.
I am focused.
I am courageous.

I will lean into fear and see what’s there for me on the other side.

To those who are able to see through peoples egos and illusion. Thank you. I love you.

May your toes and feet be blessed as we walk upon this mother kissing our feet with the earth with each step.
