Spooky season is here, and my schedule is almost full!
If you’ve been thinking about booking a massage, now’s the time! I’ll be out of the office October 31–November 5.

Here’s what’s still open this week:
Mon 10/27: 2 PM (60 min)
Tues 10/28: 9 AM (60 min) or 12–2 PM
Wed 10/29: 10:30 AM–1:15 PM
Thur 10/30: 9 AM (60 min) or 12 PM (up to 75 min)

Don’t wait until the last minute. Grab your spot before these appointments disappear.

It’s officially Spooky Season and your muscles are screaming for attention.

Good news: I’ve got a few open spots this week to help chase away those tension monsters and melt you right into the massage table. 💆‍♀️

☕ Tues (10/7): 10:15–3
🌿 Wed (10/8): 9 (60 min) & 11:30–2:30
🍁 Thurs (10/9): 9–3
🌤 Fri (10/10): 9–1:15

Happy Sunday, y’all! ! Can you feel it? Fall is starting to peek around the corner! The mornings are cooler, the air is shifting, and it’s officially the season of all things warm, cozy, and restorative.

It’s the perfect time to treat yourself to some intentional rest and body care before the hustle of the season really sets in.
