Vizer Home Health Aides / Caregivers

- Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with Clients, their family members, and co-workers
- Provide personalized in-home support to senior Clients
- Help Clients with all personal care needs
- Help keep the Client's environment clean and organized
- Remind the Client to take self-administered medications
- Report changes in the Client's condition promptly to the Nursing Supervisor
- Maintain culturally sensitive care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Salary: $13 - $16.00 per hour - With CNA Certificate

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
Patient care: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
• English (Preferred)
• English plus a second language (Preferred)

License/Certification
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate / Valid Completion Certificates (Preferred)
