Our next Mindful Birth Prep class will be held on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026! Dr. Monique and birth doula Abbey Bartley will be hosting once again, joined by special guest speaker Dr. Kristie Wright of Libertas Physical Therapy!

This class will cover an overview of the birth process, creating a birth plan, movements to support labor progression, and postpartum healing. We would love to see you there!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our Meet & Greet last night for Dr. Hagan!

For those who don’t know, even though Dr. Hagan isn’t technically family, he’s pretty close!! 😊 He went to kindergarten and grade school with Dr. Monique, and Dr. Carpentier was actually his chiropractor growing up. She still remembers him saying he would become a chiropractor as a kid, and he did just that! We’re so fortunate and grateful to have him and his patient centered care in the office.
