✨ Mark your calendars ✨

On October 1st, I’m launching the Heartfelt Collection 💭—therapy-inspired merch created from my own mantras, stories, and reminders.

But that’s just the beginning…

MERCH.. is coming 💭♥️

And I couldn’t be more excited!! 🥰

Introducing: the Heartfelt Collection. This collection (along with a couple other items 😉) is exactly what I have pictured with a whole lot of love and meaning.. and feelings!

October 1st, the collection begins a month long series of stories and weekly item drops, highlighting all things ‘Heartfelt’ with personal ties to me and very catchy and attractive vibes.

I, quite frankly, had years worth of ideas which is why I’m releasing some items slowly so they have their own life and story to live. And it really keeps the hype going! 👏🏼

Why October 1st?! Well, a couple reasons - It’s my birthday month & my second year as a solo business owner so why not share of me with you all!

I can’t wait for you all to see more! I hope you love it just as much as I do. - ♥️ Ashley

What items do you think are gonna be included?! 🧐

TOMORROW, you get to find out what’s coming.. and it’s Heartfelt 🥹💭♥️ stay tuned!

Lady Bit Wednesday 💕

Did you know stress can actually worsen your period symptoms?

When your cortisol is high, it can throw your cycle out of rhythm and make cramps, PMS, and mood swings feel even harder.

✨ The good news? Small stress-relievers like breathwork, sleep, and gentle movement really do help your cycle (and your mental health).

💭 Have you noticed stress making your cycle worse?

💭 Therapist confession: I get way too excited when a client comes back and says “I actually did that thing you suggested.” 🥹

Because let’s be real—change is built on those small, brave steps.

✨ To my fellow therapists: what’s your “unfortunately… I do love it” moment?

✨ To my clients & followers: what’s one coping skill that’s actually stuck for you?

When anxiety has become panic, it almost feels IMPOSSIBLE to slow down/stop. While slowing our nervous system only provides temporary relief, some is better than none!

How to do it: when panic starts to occur, people usually think of shortness of breath, sweating, racing heart, and the inability to control all of those systems from panicking - using the Mammalian Diving Reflex (MDR) causes a lil ‘shock’ to our nervous system by halting the panic so we can slow some things down and start usually a more rational part of our brains over the survival part!

Ways to do MDR:
1. Splashing cold water on your face from the sink directly
2. Using an ice cube and rubbing it on the bridge of your nose/cheeks under the eyes
3. Submerging your face in cold water
4. Putting your head in the freezer and slowly breathing
5. Taking a water bottle and pressing it up against your face (as shown above!) and alternating between sides (I love this one because you can do it anywhere!

Disclaimer: this method may not completely erase your anxiety or what you are anxious about however, it can halt the panic, which usually allows people to feel a lot better quickly just from gaining more control over themselves!

Offering phone consults are ELITE.

I love getting to catch the vibe for a few prior to meeting and making sure we’re a good fit for one another!

What else do you wanna know about the therapy consult process?!

🧡 Lady Bit Wednesday 🧡

Pain with s*x can feel isolating — but it’s more common than people realize. And most importantly: it’s not something you just have to live with.

There are many reasons s*x might hurt, from pelvic floor muscle tension to hormonal changes. The good news? With the right support, healing is possible.

💡 Save this post as a reminder: pain is a signal, not a sentence.

Have you heard of pelvic floor therapy before? It’s often a game-changer for painful s*x.
