Big shoutout to Annie today for running her THIRD half marathon! I always say she’s literally the back bone of my business (but really, I probably would’ve already lost my mind without her 😅) and I still have no doubt she’ll be answering patient calls and texts like normal tomorrow.

Also look at that sweet smile from Kat! Anyone that’s ever met Kat in the office knows she’s her own person and will tell it like it is! I love that she was ready for a photo op to celebrate with her mom ☺️

Annie, you are so appreciated and my office wouldn’t be the same without ya! We’re so proud of you!

She has been the most perfect addition to the Forever Movement team and she’s made the office and waiting room brighter and warmer with her smile, heart, and love of people in just the two short months she’s been at the office!! Not the news I was hoping for, but unfortunately we are having to reschedule patients for tomorrow.

Per the property manager:

“There has been a setback. The breakers required for energization did not show up in time on Saturday to be able to complete the process. The new deadline is now tomorrow, Tuesday, of this week. I'm sorry to report this and will be in contact with the company doing the repairs on Tuesday to make sure this deadline is met.”

Fingers crossed we’ll be back in the office on Wednesday! Thank you for being patient with us as we’re having to take this issue day by day due to circumstances out of our control!

Thank you to all my patients for being patient as Annie and I work on rescheduling everyone from this week!

While we still don’t have a definite answer of when we’ll be able to open back up (depending upon city inspections after the electrical issues are fixed) we are re-scheduling patients for next week starting on September 2nd! Lord willing! Because if you’ve been a patient of mine for any length of time, you know I’m trying hard not to lose my mind right now 🤪

I also plan to open up next Friday and Saturday (September 5th and 6th) to help ensure I can get everyone rescheduled in a timely manner!

If anything changes, we will definitely be reaching out and keeping social media up to date with any changes!

I can’t wait to be back in the office and see you all!

Due to an electrical fire that happened on Friday, August 22nd, suites 7E/F, 7C/D, 7B and 7A of James Campbell Plaza are out of power.

Per the property manager:

“The first step is to remove all of the damaged electrical conduit, wire, and meter banks (this work started over the weekend) and next they are having to repair the section of block wall that was pulled away from the building so the electricians can re-attach their strutt to the wall which was also started over the weekend. The electricians will be back on Monday to reinstall strutt and conduit. Unfortunately the meter banks have a lead time of 3 to 5 business days so they will not be able to be installed until the latter part of next week. We hope to be energized by Aug 30, but it could roll into the following week before final inspections and energization occurs.”

This is definitely not the ideal start to the week, but we appreciate your patience while we get everyone rescheduled. While it’s an inconvenience, we’re grateful it wasn’t worse!!

Happy Mother’s Day to the one who has never known a greater love than the love of her child, to the one who is tired, to the one in Heaven, to the one who never got to hold their baby. To the one who is scared, to the one who had to say goodbye, to the one who longs to be a called a mom. To the one who chose adoption, to the one who fosters and is a momma figure to many. To the one celebrating her first Mother’s Day, to the one who cries when she feels like she isn’t enough, to the one who is having to experience this day without their mom for the first time. To the one who is a working mom, to the one who is a stay at home mom, and to the one trying to find the balance in between. Moms, we see you and appreciate you.

All of my patients know who Annie is, even though most of them have never actually met her, and she’s probably the biggest reason I’ve kept my head on my shoulders for the past almost 3 years that she’s been a part of my business.

Annie, I so appreciate you. I hope Kat let you have the spotlight for once on your birthday 😜

Today we are open with delayed hours from 1:00-4:30! Annie has already reached out to everyone this morning to either move appointment times or reschedule.

Tomorrow we will be open normal hours. We understand that the current road conditions may freeze over night, and that some areas in the county are worse than others. So please use your own discretion for coming in tomorrow! If you know tomorrow is completely out of the question due to road conditions where you’re at, go ahead and text the business number and Annie will be happy to get you rescheduled!

Three years. Three full years since I opened Forever Movement Chiropractic. The most fulfilling years of my life this far.

There’s a lot I could say about year 3 of business. It was rewarding, challenging, scary, nerve wrecking, bold…all of the adjectives that come with owning a business. But if I had to choose one word to sum up year 3 it would be heartfelt.

Through the chaos of life, my practice has been my safe haven. There can be a million things going on in the world, but when I’m at the office my mind is focused on doing what I love most: helping patients feel better.

I’ll always remember year 3 of Forever Movement Chiropractic as the year that my patients may have helped me out just as much as I helped them, if not more.
