🍂NOVEMBER 2025 WEEKLY SCHEDULE🍂

New month, new schedule!

All of our Stroller Strides classes are BACK at Wilde Lake Park🙌🏻

We will continue with Body Boost on Tuesday evenings at , Body Ignite on Saturday mornings at Lake K and Run Club+ at Centennial Park on Sunday mornings.

***As we head into late fall, when weather is too chilly or inclement, morning Stroller Strides and Body Ignite classes will take place at the Columbia Mall in the Lower Level Center Court.

As always, please register for class at least 2 hours prior to class time to receive all updates or any changes to class time or location!

👟We are starting our next Fall (part 2) session THIS SUNDAY, October 26th and registration is OPEN!

Need help taking the first step? We’ve got you Mama! Our certified coaches have training plans for everyone from the first-timer to the seasoned OG trying to hit a PR.

Come join us for a community of like-minded Mamas by your side as you stride, stroll and everything in between. Strollers and spouses are always welcome!
