FIT4MOM Howard County is a community + village for moms, designed by moms, at any stage or age of motherhood. It's a high intensity workout without kids.

We proudly offer weekly fitness classes, both stroller friendly and Mama only options, as well as free monthly playgroups and Moms-only events! Fit4Mom is a dedicated to the Strength in Motherhood. We provide fitness classes and support to moms in every stage of motherhood. Fit4Mom Howard County offers two of our national programs...

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they can do with their babies. It includes power walking, running and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Body Back is a result-based workout program made for moms who want their body back!

Our next FREE Walking Wednesday is Wednesday, March 4th at 10am!

FREE ☘️March☘️ Walking Wednesday with FIT4MOM Howard County!

☕️We will meet at the Columbia Mall in their Lower Level Center Court - I will have free coffee and munchkins for all to enjoy before we take 2 laps around the lower level!

All kiddos and babies are welcome in strollers, wagons, baby carriers or to walk alongside us 💪🏼

While this meet up is free, we kindly ask you fill out the Google form below so we know to expect you!
