We proudly offer weekly fitness classes, both stroller friendly and Mama only options, as well as free monthly playgroups and Moms-only events! Fit4Mom is a dedicated to the Strength in Motherhood. We provide fitness classes and support to moms in every stage of motherhood. Fit4Mom Howard County offers two of our national programs...

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they

can do with their babies. It includes power walking, running and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Body Back is a result-based workout program made for moms who want their body back!

Run Club+ is BACK starting 7/27 — and we’re taking on the last laps of summer together!

Join us for a 13-week session of guided runs for all levels, wrapping up 10/19.
