❄️ Snowflake Breathing Break! ❄️
Take a deep breath in… now pretend you’re blowing a snowflake up into the air. Exhale slow and steady so it floats instead of zooms across the room.

It’s a silly little trick, but it helps your body relax and your mind reset like a mini snow day for your nervous system. ☃️💨

Try it next time you need a quick chill moment!

Progress doesn’t always look pretty. Right now, the stadium construction may seem messy, but every beam and brick is moving Mizzou closer to something amazing. The same is true in our lives—sometimes growth feels uncomfortable, chaotic, or even a little ugly. But with time and patience, those hard seasons often lead to incredible transformation. 🐯💛🖤

Aspire Counseling LLC

Jessica Tappana, LCSW started Aspire Counseling in May 2017 to provide quality, Evidence Based mental health treatment to individuals seeking healing from trauma, grief, anxiety/fear and overwhelming stress. Since then she’s added several additional therapists each who she has known in other settings and believe provide quality care. Aspire Counseling focuses on treating individuals with each therapist having a slightly different “niche.” Jessica speaks to each new client personally about what they are looking for to help match you up with a therapist who will be the best fit for your unique needs, because we understand that the most important factor in whether or not therapy will be helpful is the quality of the relationship between the therapist and client!
