The Lake Carolina Polar Plunge is happening Saturday, January 17 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Park Dock at Lake Carolina, hosted by CAMS of Lake Carolina. Proceeds from this fun and frosty event benefit Children’s Charities of the Midlands , a long-time supporter of The Unumb Center for Neurodevelopment.

Last week, we celebrated the holidays with a spirit week for our clients and staff! Each day featured a fun dress-up theme and activities, including ornament decorating and holiday crafts.🎄

Our clients got a magical surprise this morning — Santa Claus himself stopped by The Unumb Center for Neurodevelopment to spread holiday cheer!🎅

From friendly conversations to clinic walk-throughs, Santa’s visit brought lots of smiles along the way. Beyond the festive fun, these moments supported important skills we work on in our ABA programs, including communication, social interaction, and flexibility in new situations. We’re grateful for opportunities like this that make learning feel joyful and meaningful.
