Another 2nd 1st night. I had a long time customer who wanted to bring their cleaning in-house and made the decision to leave me back in April. I left them in the best shape that I could, and left in the most classy way possible. They struggled with internal cleaners, tried a few other routes, and then called me back.

I love getting these calls. We are happy to be back. That duster was struggling on its first day back in action but we will get things back where they need to be.

I did a customer service project for a key client this weekend. This happened to be in the very first building that I picked up when I started my business. I remember that first night that I cleaned, it took 3x as long as it should and I was shooting texts and emails to the entire support center and a few to the CEO.

I’ve come a long way.

This project marks the start of our 4th school year with this prestigious private school in the midlands area and I couldn’t be prouder and happier to be their preferred partner for all things cleaning around their beautiful campus.

First night at a new account. I have partnered with a large utility provider in the midlands to provide cleaning services for their employee fitness center on their central campus. They value the health of their employees and I am happy to help provide them a clean and safe environment to get in shape and stay healthy.

It is never a good feeling to lose a customer. Things happen, leadership changes, budgets tighten; and sometimes cleaning contractors like myself end up on the other side of the transaction despite our best efforts.

But I take a great deal of pride when I get that call or email asking us to come back. Since I’ve been in the Columbia market, this has happened more than a few times.
