Implant removal is often associated with negative conditions, however in most cases out patients just want to return to their previous state after having them in for numerous years. This example had lovely results before but after 15 years, wanted a chance and opted to explant! Now some patients will use thins opportunity to replace some of the volume via Fat Transfer to Breasts which was not an option many years ago! 💖🦋
