At MUSC Hollings Cancer Center, researchers are training T-cells to survive the harsh environment around tumors by exposing them to short bursts of controlled stress.
The result? Supercharged cells that fight harder and last longer.
And with support from the NIH, these ideas are moving closer to patients.
