It was a flawless victory for Phil yesterday at the USAPL Empowerid National Championships!!! Phil placed first going an incredible 9 for 9! He hit meet PRs on all 3 of his lifts and on broke American Records on both his bench and deadlift... both on second attempts... and broke his own records on third attempts for both! He is now qualified to compete at the Arnold Sports Festival in March 2026! Words can not describe how excited and proud I am for him! Let's go Phil!!!

Congratulations to all three of my lifters who competed this weekend at the USAPL Tournament of Power at Momocon. Everyone placed, and we had an amazing weekend. This was one of the most fun competitions I've ever had a chance to coach at. Video will be up later!

I'm very excited to travel to Momocon with 3 of my students who will be competing at the USAPL Tournament of Power! To my knowledge, this will be the first time a powerlifting competition will take place at an anime convention. This combination is insanely cool, and I hope that they will do more in the future! It's always satisfying to see one of my students achieve their goal. I've been working with Tim for the past 10 months, and his transformation is incredible. Down 46 lbs and his strength and stamina have improved tremendously. Keep up the great work Tim!!!

Earlier this year, two of my students competed at USAPL Maryland State Championships. Denise took first place for her weight class in the women's division, and Sean took first in the men's masters 2. Full reels of the event will be up soon!

Today, I had the pleasure of coaching my student Sean and my training partner, Phil. Sean placed first in the Masters 2 category. Phil placed 1st as a special Olympian, and 2nd in the open division! This is our last competition for the year, and what a great way to finish up!
