December is a big month for anniversaries as not only do we have a lot of employee anniversaries, but it's Supreme's anniversary too! December 1st marked 23 years as an Arthrex agency - shout out to our Agency Owner Steve Callahan for making it all happen back in 2001, and to our Medical Education Director Garvey Stenersen who came along for the ride and never left! And of course, congratulations to all our other team members celebrating their anniversaries in the month of December as well!

Earlier this month, Supreme organized and participated in our first Service Day as a company! We went to a local farm whose mission is to help those who are food insecure, and picked vegetables that will be distributed to food banks and other non-profits around Maryland. Thanks to everyone who came out and volunteered!

A few weeks ago we held our annual Kickoff Meeting, where we celebrate finishing the previous fiscal year and kick off the new one. As our agency has continued to grow to almost 140 employees, this has become the one time a year when we can all get together in a group and enjoy each other's company, and we always cherish it. Congratulations to everyone who won an award for Fiscal Year 2024, and here's to an even better FY2025!

In May, we held a special product-focused rep training centered around our cartilage repair systems designed for large defects, especially in the knee: the AlloGraft OATS® & BioUni® OATS® (Osteochondral Allograft Transfer System). These unique systems allow surgeons to harvest a chondral plug from a fresh osteochondral donor graft to replace the damaged areas within the patient's joint. Using a donor graft enables the surgeon to get a better match for the exact contour of the joint, while avoiding the complications that come with harvesting a graft from the patient's own knee. Our Technology Specialists were able to learn more about how the product works, acquire some tips and pearls for use, and practice with a hands-on demo.
