I have been busy with life and doing the bare minimum care for my skin, and it was starting to show.

My skin turns red easily and — if not managed — flares up, especially in the winter. The transition from cold temperatures outside to warm and dry air inside is hard on my skin.

I had been out of some of my essential skin-calming products, so stocking up on those at home was the first step.

I had a great time introducing face yoga to a group of ladies who have been friends since high school. This is a fun way to connect with your friends and learn something new.

In my presentation I explain the befits of Glowinface face yoga. We’ll then warm up the face, neck and shoulders before I teach the first three exercises from the Glowinface beginners program.
