✨ When the Body Speaks, We Listen ✨
Today I facilitated my very first Somatic Mind-Body Healing session, and wow… the results were powerful.
My client came in expecting a massage, but her body needed something deeper. Through gentle somatic techniques, breath awareness, and nervous system support, her body released stored emotions—resulting in a beautiful, healing cry.
We didn’t even need to do the massage.
After the session, she shared that she felt lighter, calmer, and less anxious than when she walked in—and that this was exactly what she needed.
