I am incredibly proud of our students who attended the second annual career fair at Lexington Medical Center on Friday, February 23rd. Their dedication to excellence and enthusiasm for learning shines through in their participation.

Minnie Wilson, Program Director stated, “At the fair, our students had the valuable opportunity to explore various departments, gaining insight into different specialties and what it takes to excel in each. They engaged with HR staff, discussing job opportunities, internships, and job shadowing programs, setting a solid foundation for their future careers”.

The event was not only educational but also fun-filled. Students voted on the best booth, had chances to win prizes, and enjoyed a delicious lunch and snacks. This experience has undoubtedly enriched their understanding of the healthcare industry and the numerous pathways available to them.

I want to express my gratitude to our students for representing Fortis College with such professionalism and eagerness to learn. Your commitment to your education and future is commendable, and we look forward to witnessing your continued growth and success.
