4 years ago Erin started at JSA helping to answer phones and book clients. Fast Forward and now we start 2026 with her in the role of Operations Manager, responsible for managing pretty much all things non- clinical from billing to booking to scheduling to HR to facilities.

Erins organizational and computer skills, her ā€œsure, i can do that!ā€ attitude every single day, her uncanny ability to track endless details, her responsible nature mixed in with her ability to make anyone feel at home and comfortable are worth shouting about at any chance. The part that really gets me and fuels my appreciation is how much she cares about her job and our company.
