South Carolina Organization of Nurse Leaders SCONL is open to emerging nurse leaders in healthcare. Nurse leadership doesn't happen overnight.

SCONL believes in fostering emerging nurse leaders by providing opportunities that help develop core competencies across the care continuum. We support the design and implementation of effective care delivery models and transitions of care. SCONL supports the provision of safe, quality care grounded in healthful practice environments. We strive to communicate the value of nursing to all stakeholders.
