✨The 5 Key Ingredients to Every Healthy Skin Care Routine ✨

When it comes to dermatology-backed skincare, consistency and the right products are everything. These five steps build the foundation of a routine that helps protect, restore, and maintain your skin health for the long term:

1️⃣ Cleanser – A gentle cleanser removes dirt, oil, makeup, and impurities without stripping your skin. Starting with a clean canvas allows your treatment products to work more effectively.

2️⃣ Eye Cream – The delicate skin around your eyes is often the first place to show fine lines, puffiness, or dark circles. Eye creams deliver targeted hydration and active ingredients designed for this sensitive area.

3️⃣ Sunscreen – Daily SPF is non-negotiable. Sunscreen protects against premature aging, sun spots, and most importantly, reduces your risk of skin cancer. Dermatologists recommend using SPF 30+ every single day, rain or shine.

4️⃣ Moisturizer – Hydration is key for a strong skin barrier. A good moisturizer locks in water, supports repair, and keeps your skin feeling balanced and resilient.

5️⃣ Retinol – A dermatologist favorite, retinol helps increase cell turnover, improve texture, reduce fine lines, and keep pores clear. It’s a proven anti-aging and skin-renewing powerhouse.

✨ Whether you’re starting simple or building a full routine, these five essentials are the foundation of healthy skin. ✨
