Religious Trauma Recovery Support Group – New Dates Announced 🌿

Healing from spiritual or religious trauma takes time, compassion, and a space where you feel truly understood. Our next Religious Trauma Recovery Support Group begins October 22nd.

If you’ve ever felt hurt, confused, or disconnected from your faith or spiritual community, this group offers a place to process your experience and begin rebuilding trust - both in yourself and others. 💛

🌐 What is Telehealth?

At MFCC, we know life gets busy and sometimes making it into the office isn’t easy. That’s where telehealth comes in!

Telehealth is simply meeting with your counselor online, through secure video, kind of like FaceTime or Zoom, but private and HIPAA-compliant. 🙌

Here’s how it works at MFCC:
1️⃣ We schedule your session just like normal.
2️⃣ You’ll get an email or text reminder with a secure link from our platform, SimplePractice.
3️⃣ At your appointment time, just click the link from your phone, tablet, or computer.
4️⃣ Your counselor will meet you on video, and the session flows just like in-person therapy.

✨ Telehealth makes it easier to stay consistent with counseling - whether you’re at home, on a lunch break, or juggling a busy schedule.
