🌐 What is Telehealth?

At MFCC, we know life gets busy and sometimes making it into the office isn’t easy. That’s where telehealth comes in!

Telehealth is simply meeting with your counselor online, through secure video, kind of like FaceTime or Zoom, but private and HIPAA-compliant. 🙌

Here’s how it works at MFCC:
1️⃣ We schedule your session just like normal.
2️⃣ You’ll get an email or text reminder with a secure link from our platform, SimplePractice.
3️⃣ At your appointment time, just click the link from your phone, tablet, or computer.
4️⃣ Your counselor will meet you on video, and the session flows just like in-person therapy.

✨ Telehealth makes it easier to stay consistent with counseling - whether you’re at home, on a lunch break, or juggling a busy schedule.

Have additional questions about setting up telehealth? Drop them in the comments or give us a call and we’ll walk you through it step by step. 💙

⚠️ Part 5: When Every Conversation Turns Into an Argument

Disagreements are a normal part of any relationship - but when even the small stuff becomes a battle, something deeper may be going on.

Frequent arguments, tension over trivial things, or feeling like you’re always on edge can be signs of unresolved hurt, miscommunication, or emotional overwhelm.
And over time, constant conflict can wear down trust, patience, and closeness.

You don’t have to stay stuck in the cycle.

At MFCC’s Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshop, we help you identify the patterns beneath the arguments and give you the tools to break them.

So you can stop fighting against each other and start working with each other.

💔 Part 4: When You Feel More Like Roommates Than Partners

When couples stop checking in, stop supporting one another, or feel like they’re just getting through the week side-by-side, it’s a sign the emotional bond needs repair.

But here’s the good news: You can rebuild the trust, support, and emotional closeness that brought you together in the first place.

Our Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshop is a guided experience designed to help couples bridge the distance, restore connection, and rediscover each other with expert support.

Don’t wait for things to get worse.

Part 3: When the Spark Feels Distant

Intimacy is more than physical - it’s about feeling emotionally safe, mentally connected, and genuinely close to your partner.

If the small things - personal conversations, affectionate gestures, simple touch - have started to fade, it’s a sign your relationship may need nurturing.

Disconnection doesn't mean you're broken.
It means you're human and it might be time to reset.

Reconnection is possible - and it starts with one step.
