When the trees have let go of their leaves, will you hibernate, too? Please reserve some time in your December to hibernate. Schedule an hour, two hours, a day, a week... the more we rest in winter, the more we can work hard, or party, the rest of the year.
Please schedule it now. A time when you can be still and quiet. As a gift to yourself. You deserve it.

A typical day at the office-
Toy animals, a school child, a toddler, a mama, and an acupuncturist, all gathered around the moxa tray. We watch the smoke rise and feel the warmth. There are many ways to heal. Needles are optional.
Today, I am grateful for the healing communities of families and toy animals.
