Hillcrest Assisted Living Hillcrest Assisted Living in Columbia, Mo is a small privately owned an operated assisted living facility located in the country.

We are located five miles north of Columbia. The facility has been owned by Ron and Penny Worthley for 34 years. We offer private and semi-private rooms, we can accommodate women, men, and couples. We have a full-time nurse on staff and 24 hour care for your loved one. Our staff offers assist in bathing, dressing, medication supervision, monitoring medical conditions, and much more. You can rest easy knowing that your loved ones are taken care of by our loving, friendly, and compassionate staff. We offer reasonable rates and are more "home-like" than any other assisted living facility in Columbia. Feel free to call or come by for a tour.

After 37 1/2 years we sadly announce our closing. Hillcrest has been a blessing to us for many, many , many years and we are blessed to have crossed paths with many wonderful Resident’s, Families, Staff, and Colleagues. Thank you ALL for the wonder years. Ron and Penny Worthley ❤️❤️
