I’m honored and excited to share that I’ll be speaking at the Black Maternal Mental Health Summit 🖤

As a Clinical & Community Innovation Speaker, I’ll be presenting:
“From Me to Mama: Supporting Black Millennial Moms Through Identity Grief.”

This work is deeply personal and rooted in my passion for holding space for Black women as they navigate the emotional, psychological, and identity shifts that come with motherhood.

This conversation remains ongoing, necessary, and deeply impactful.

If you’re interested in learning more about Black maternal mental health—or you support, serve, or are a Black mother—I invite you to join us.

👩🏽‍💻Over 600,000 Black women have left the workforce—many navigating uncertainty and economic strain.
Here are five meaningful ways to cope through unemployment and honor your resilience:

1. Give yourself grace. This moment does not define your worth or potential—it’s a season, not a sentence.

2. Allow rest without guilt. Making space for joy, recovery, and reflection is part of rebuilding.

3. Lean into your support system. Strengthen connections with family, friends, and faith communities that uplift you.

4. Protect your identity. Remember, you are more than a job title. Your value extends beyond productivity.

5. Reimagine your next chapter. Use this pause to explore passion projects, skills training, or creative ventures aligned with your values.

Your resilience is real—and it deserves to be nurtured, not tested.

✨Over 600,000 Black women have left the workforce.

Here are five meaningful ways you can show support right now:

1. Purchase from her business—every dollar helps sustain her dream and community impact.

2. Promote her brand—share her work, tag her, and spread the word.

3. Partner with her—offer hands-on help with operations, orders, or logistics.

4. Praise her in rooms she’s not in—mention her name for opportunities and collaborations.

5. Present new paths—share job openings, contracts, or projects that fit her skills.
