We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a wellness-based mindset to join our team!

This individual would work at the reception desk on Fridays from 9:30am-5pm as well as potentially Saturdays from 9:30 to 5pm. This individual will also help us with some additional administrative duties off site.

*Pay starts at $15 per hour

Responsibilities include:

-Answering phone and email messages from potential and established clients

-Create new client accounts and manage existing client accounts

-Learn our scheduling software and procedures to manage practitioner schedules and book client appointments

-Learn how to set up membership contracts on client profiles

-Learn information regarding services that we offer to best answer inquiries by clients who are interested in trying a new service

-Manage shop inventory

-Learn how to use our Point-of-Sale system to check out appointments and shop purchases

-Learn how to promote special offers

-Treat every client and customer with kindness and a helpful attitude
