We’re excited to share that improvements are coming to better serve our patients!

The Clinic will be closed for renovations March 30th – April 6th and again April 15th – April 20th. These upgrades will help us enhance patient care, improve clinic flow, and create a more welcoming space for all.

Patients: If you need to be seen, come in before March 30th. Give us a call to check availability.
If you have a medical emergency while we are closed, please call 911.

Food is medicine. 🌱

Through our partnership with FoodShare South Carolina, patients with diabetes or prediabetes may qualify for the VeggieRx program, receiving free boxes of fresh fruits and vegetables every two weeks for 6 months. Interested? Ask your provider at your next visit about enrolling.

By helping address food insecurity, this program supports overall health and chronic disease management.

An internal medicine physician, Dr. Green began volunteering with us in late 2025 and has already made a meaningful impact on the patients we serve. He primarily serves in our clinic on Thursday mornings, providing compassionate, high-quality care to our community.
