Get rid of outer elbow pain with these exercises! 🤕💪

Are you dealing with outer elbow pain (also known as tennis elbow)? This common condition can make everyday tasks tough, but you don’t have to suffer. With the right exercises, you can start feeling better!

Start with these moves:
1️⃣ Forearm Stretch
Gently pull your hand back to feel a stretch in the forearm. Hold for 20 seconds.
2️⃣ Eccentric Wrist Extension
Slowly lower your wrist to work on strengthening.
