CSA Surgical Center opened in 2014 as a state licensed and Medicare approved outpatient surgery center with AAAHC accreditation. The surgical center is conveniently located off Nifong Blvd. at AC Exit from Hwy 63 in Columbia, Missouri. The center is located in the same building as MU Health Care Columbia Surgical Associates and Shock Plastic Surgery & Spa. Our facility includes fully-equipped operating rooms for same-day surgery. When you visit our 6,000 square foot facility, you're greeted with friendly staff, short wait times, and competitive pricing.
