✨ Meet Laura Oliver, our newest Patient Experience Coordinator! ✨

Laura brings nearly a decade of medical office experience from diverse healthcare settings to the Roots team-along with a heart fully aligned with integrative medicine. As a longtime patient herself, she’s experienced firsthand the powerful results that this model of care can have. For Laura and her family, the transformation has been life-changing.

She says Roots “is like coming home” and that’s exactly the feeling she hopes to create for every patient who walks through our doors.

With her warmth, professionalism and signature sense of humor, Laura is truly special! Her favorite thing about Roots are her coworkers, the patients and the atmosphere which makes our community so unique.

Outside the clinic you’ll find her playing pickleball, enjoying a competitive game of mahjong, reading a good book, or tackling home improvement projects.

Dear Roots Integrative Medicine Community,

Due to snowy and icy weather, our office will be closed on Monday, February 2nd for the safety of our patients and staff.

Patients who are scheduled for Monday will be notified today (Sunday) via the Charm patient portal. Our team will be answering phones and portal messages from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM on Monday and working to reschedule appointments as needed.
