Colorectal cancer is on the rise—and awareness matters more than ever. 💙
This week, Missouri Cancer Associates was proud to support Boone Health’s Colon Cancer Awareness event, featuring a powerful visual: a floor-to-ceiling inflatable colon designed to help our community better understand the progression of this disease.
With colorectal cancer now expected to be the second leading cause of cancer death in the U.S. by 2026—and rising in adults under 50—early screening is critical.
✔️ Screening now recommended starting at age 45
✔️ Early detection saves lives
Let’s keep the conversation going. Talk to your provider. Get screened. Encourage others to do the same.
