Wellness through motion: Our mission is to inspire and promote wellness through comprehensive rehabilitative and preventative physical therapy and occupational therapy services. We believe that many neuromusculoskeletal problems can be solved with movement, and we are here to help you improve your movement experience, thereby improving your human experience. That is why our motto is "Move Better. Live Better. Play Better."

Community and Access: We seek to provide rural, suburban, and urban communities access to the highest quality of healthcare services, emphasizing patient experience, research, education and clinical outcomes. We believe that using an evidence-based approach to guide our treatment decisions allows us to provide you with the most optimal rehab experience and outcomes. We also want you to feel like you're a part of our family and not "just another patient" in a medical "factory". We know that the rehab journey is important, but the destination is probably most important to you, so we are commited to giving you our undivided attention, not only when you enter in our doors on your first visit, but at every visit after that, until you meet your goals.

Patient-specific individualized care: We strive to provide work-specific, task-specific, and sport-specific treatment options and an evidence-based approach to your work-related, life-related and sports and performing arts-related injuries. We pride ourselves on being a resource for our recreational, community, pre-professional and professional athletes and performing artists, and we truly believe in the addage, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."
