When it comes to staying active and supporting your overall wellness, sometimes the best workout buddy has four legs and loves a walk! 🐶 Our Members have some of the cutest furry friends, big and small. They bring so much light to our community! We had a great Dog Social for the Dog Days of Summer, where all our Members and their dogs gathered at our gazebo to spend an afternoon with our furry friends! ☀️ 🐶

💚 💜 🧡 💛 🩷 Let's Glow Wilde! 💚 💜 🧡 💛 🩷

Our Members in care services experienced a day of technicolor fun for their signature experience this month! 🎉 Members were given all types of neon colored attire, glow sticks, and more to be prepared for their day ahead! We worked on creating our own tie-dye shirts, which turned out really cool because each of them came out unique. 🌀 Members were treated to a sensory experience where they spent time in our wellness center with the lights dimmed, calm music playing, and a serene atmosphere to find their zen. 🧘‍♀️ Later, we welcomed the talented Brian McCarn for a Glow in Concert! Members and team members jumped to their feet to dance along to every song! The day was as technicolor as our Members are, so stay tuned for our next experience! 🎉

We love a good partnership, don't you? 💙 🤍💚 We are grateful for our sister property, Wellmore of Lexington, which is just a short drive away, and we love their therapy pool! 🏊 🎉 This week, we took a drive over there for a dip in the pool as our wellness director, Teka, took everyone through a water aerobics class, which was the perfect way to kick start an afternoon. Afterwards, we made a pitstop at Sweet Frog for a sweet treat! 🍫 🍨
