Meet DJ Paet, our Director of Mobility Services

DJ has years of experience working in health and wellness, aquatic therapy, and the rehab industry. He has worked with patients of all ages, from individuals in youth sports and elite athletes to acute care settings and the geriatric population.

"As the director of mobility services for Navigate Wellness, I enjoy offering mobility services to more clients, empowering them to live and move more independently. I love working with a team that not only cares about our clients but is just as committed to helping them age at home."

When he's not working, DJ enjoys spending time with his wife and 12 yo son. His outdoor activities including travel baseball and mountain biking which keeps them all busy with practices, tournaments, and races each weekend. When he's free, DJ and his wife enjoy partaking in Adventure races (with their longest race being a 24hr), working out, and photography.

The goal of care navigation is to be there alongside you and help you navigate caring for older adults facing ongoing health challenges.

Our Care Navigation service is for the caregiver or aging person who would like someone to meet them where they are to create a plan of care with hands-on support along the way.

Meet Lacy Rios, one of our Care Navigators!

Lacy has a deep love for working with older adults that first started developing during an undergraduate internship at a skilled nursing facility. She worked at a nursing facility in long-term care coordination, short-term discharge coordination, admissions, and eventually as the interim executive director before working in the hospital systems in Columbia, MO.

It was during the transition from the nursing facility to the hospital system that she recognized the need for more personalized care for older adults.

"I am excited to be working with Navigate Wellness and play a part in providing high-quality, heart-centered care and resources for holistic care."

When she's not working, Lacy likes to spend her time with her two children (4yo and 6mo), working out, and visiting with her family back home in the country.
