I'm Gentarra Williams, a dedicated full-spectrum holistic doula and the heart behind Joyful Arrivals, LLC. I support families through every phase of the reproductive journey—from fertility and pregnancy to labor, postpartum, loss, and adoption—with compassion, presence, and culturally grounded care.

As a community-based birth worker, I am passionate about centering Black birthing people and families with dignity, joy, and informed choices. I bring a calm spirit, intuitive touch, and deep respect for your body’s wisdom. Demetria is a Black Q***r Feminist and Birthworker who offers emotional, physical, and spiritual support rooted in ancestral traditions. She assists people during pregnancy and postpartum using plant medicine, energy work, meditation, and self-care rituals. She believes in tapping into our radical imagination to envision what care can look and feel like. 👋🏿 Meet Kenita
Kenita “Doula Kay” is a mother of one and has been walking and serving alongside families as a professional birth doula since 2020.

She offers holistic, experienced care through birth doula care, personalized birth planning, aroma therapy, labor and pushing techniques, prenatal and labor support, advocacy, emotional reassurance, and physical comfort.

Kenita is trained through CAPPA and Lexington Medical Centerand holds certifications in Basic Life Support (CPR and AED), Youth Mental Health First Aid, Trauma Informed Care, Vulnerable Adult Guardian Ad Litem, SC Notary Public, and has attended continuing education workshops on pregnancy and infant loss, diabetes in pregnancy, breastfeeding, pregnancy massage, and comfort, spinning, and positioning to support vaginal birth.

Her intention as a birth doula is to help women feel safe and empowered before, during, and after her birthing journey!
