Meet Keana
Birth, healing, and new beginnings are deeply personal experiences, and no family should have to navigate them alone. I am a certified labor and postpartum doula who began this work after welcoming my own son into the world. Walking through the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes of pregnancy and postpartum opened my eyes to just how much support truly matters.
Through my own journey, I learned that it takes faith, knowledge, and a village to make it through. My goal is to be that village to stand beside families as a steady source of care, encouragement, and understanding. I know firsthand how powerful it is to feel supported, seen, and heard during such a transformative time.
I am deeply committed to empowering families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. With certifications and ongoing training, I offer personalized, evidence-based support tailored to each family’s unique needs. My approach centers on nurturing the whole family physically, emotionally, and spiritually while honoring your values, preferences, and lived experiences.
I believe informed decision making is essential, and I work closely with families to help them feel confident in their choices and supported in creating a birth and postpartum plan that aligns with their vision. Whether you are preparing for labor, adjusting to life after birth, or seeking continuous care through both, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can rest, heal, and thrive.
Together, we can create a positive, empowering experience for you and your growing family one rooted in care, connection, and wholeness.

Dear Doulas, Remember This…

In the middle of holding space, advocating, nurturing, and witnessing transformation… don’t forget to check in with your own heart, your own soul, your own mind.

You guide others through intensity, joy, fear, and power — but your energy deserves that same gentle attention.
Pause. Breathe.

Ask yourself:
How is my heart feeling today?
What does my soul need more of?
Where is my mind asking for rest?

Your presence is your gift, and caring for yourself is what keeps that presence strong, grounded, and sacred.

Give yourself permission to soften, recharge, and receive.
You deserve the same compassion you offer so freely.

A Beautiful Week of Support!

This week, we proudly placed 6 incredible Doulas with families in need — and our hearts are absolutely full.

Each placement represents a new connection, a new journey, and a circle of care expanding just a little wider. From birth support to postpartum guidance, these Doulas are stepping into homes and hearts to uplift, nurture, and empower.

To the families welcoming this support — thank you for trusting us.
To our Doulas — thank you for showing up with compassion, wisdom, and grace.

Here’s to more supported families, more empowered parents, and more beautiful beginnings.

Celebrating community. Celebrating care. Celebrating YOU.

What’s in Your Doula Bag? (The Things You Can’t See)

When people ask, “What’s in your doula bag?” they usually expect a list of oils, snacks, birth balls, and rebozos.
But the most important tools a doula carries can’t be unpacked on a table.

Here’s what really lives in a doula’s bag:

Calmness
The kind that slows a room down.

Protection
Not physical defense—but energetic and emotional protection.

Discernment
Knowing when to speak and when to stay quiet.

Presence
Not fixing. Not rushing.
Just being fully there—steady, grounded, and unshaken.

Language
Words that empower instead of frighten.

Because at the end of the day,
a doula’s greatest tools aren’t what she brings to the birth…but who she is in the birth.

So tell me...
what’s in your doula bag?
