If you’ve been in the office lately you’ve probably already had a sneak peek or some baby snuggles. I’d like to officially announce the arrival of the newest member to our crew, Caitie! She’ll be with me most of the time at the office and the big kids will join us after school ☺️

As a pediatric and prenatal chiropractor, I’ve been supporting moms on their feeding journeys for over 15 years. My own challenges with breastfeeding—and the lack of local support and resources—deeply shaped my path and inspired me to expand my knowledge and clinical skills even further.

Over the past year, I’ve been offering dedicated lactation support as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), alongside bodywork including chiropractic adjustments, craniosacral therapy, and myofascial release. Something I will continue to study is always going to be infant chiropractic care and cranial work and their impact on breastfeeding. It is fascinating to see the direct correlation of the cranium, spine, and cranial nerves on feeding and the almost immediate change that we often see🤱 If you need support with nursing, bottle feeding, pumping, or weaning please let me know!
