If you’ve been in the office lately you’ve probably already had a sneak peek or some baby snuggles. I’d like to officially announce the arrival of the newest member to our crew, Caitie! She’ll be with me most of the time at the office and the big kids will join us after school ☺️

As a pediatric and prenatal chiropractor, I’ve been supporting moms on their feeding journeys for over 15 years. My own challenges with breastfeeding—and the lack of local support and resources—deeply shaped my path and inspired me to expand my knowledge and clinical skills even further.

Over the past year, I’ve been offering dedicated lactation support as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), alongside bodywork including chiropractic adjustments, craniosacral therapy, and myofascial release. Imagine getting comprehensive, integrative care for you and your baby—all in one place.

Something I will continue to study is always going to be infant chiropractic care and cranial work and their impact on breastfeeding. It is fascinating to see the direct correlation of the cranium, spine, and cranial nerves on feeding and the almost immediate change that we often see🤱 If you need support with nursing, bottle feeding, pumping, or weaning please let me know!

I spent the end of spring break learning from the amazing Dr. Stephanie Libs! Not only did we review infant adjusting with a focus on cranial work we also did some deep dives into the powerhouse elements of breastmilk. Dr. Steph was a huge influence on my journey to become a board certified lactation consultant to further my support of moms in our community ❤️

I got to spend the weekend refining my cranial adjusting skills in St. Louis! I have been training on cranial work for the past 15 years and find it such a valuable addition to chiropractic care, especially for those babies and kiddos 🤲

I had the absolute privilege of seeing three sweet newborns for their first adjustments earlier this week. They all happened to be girls right around a month old 💕

Many parents bring their newborns 👶🏻 in to address feeding concerns, sleep issues, colic, gassy bellies, discomfort while riding in a car seat, and overall wellness. Working with babies and supporting parent is one of my favorite things to do!
