Who knew?

If you’re already using Estrogen therapy, here are some tips and tricks to help your body utilize it more efficiently!

1. Apply your daily cream or gel at the same time of day, to a small surface area -don’t smear it everywhere. Think timing and concentration.

Same goes for patches.

Don’t skip a day. You’ll want to keep levels even, and the only way to do that is to stay consistent!
This will keep you off the hormone roller coaster! You’ve already rode that ride during perimenopause. Ughhh.

2. Rotate sites of application, different areas for patches vs. creams/gel and keep it off the girls.

3. Place your estrogen AFTER a warm shower as this can help absorption, but avoid lotion beforehand.
