This is Courtney, and she has been doing aerial for 4 years! She started coming to our inversion bootcamp class about a year ago and look at this progress! No jumping from the ground, finding that hip stack instead of pancaking, and holding at the top of the inversion. While her inversion was absolutely functional before, she’s ready to build onto her inversion now with new skills and sequences!

Struggling with your inversions? We get it, and we’ve created a class specifically to help you find what is missing. We can’t recommend .flops inversion bootcamp class enough. It’s truly a game changer but the key is consistency and being honest about where you are in your inversion journey! This class uses fabric and hoops to meet you where you are and build from there with progressions that work! Every Thursday at 6PM.
