Join us Tuesdays @ 5:00pm - 6:30! Meet in the "Unity Living Room": loosen up & relieve stress! It's also very much about stress reduction!

A yoga class that is more gentle than most, and teaches that we should stretch but not strain! The methodology also empowers each person to learn what they can take home with them, as well as working with me to adapt and adjust moves, stretches, or positions to suit you and your needs or limitations better than the original version! Learning how to release stress and emotional baggage lovingly, without judging ourselves, but allowing the natural flow of breath, movement, positive attitude, and open chakra energy centers, to have healing power uniting our Body, Mind and Spirit!
