🤯 Last night was crazy!

Truly, a new chapter was opened.

• About 84% of those who RSVP’d actually showed up - double the average for comparable events worldwide. (We despise average around here, am I right?!)
• Applications for RECLAIM90 are rolling in at a rate that we couldn’t be more thrilled about.

Real talk - This feels like the start of something bigger… Delivering this will only open more doors for us to continue beating the norm - together, for good.

For now, I want to leave you with this…

I just wrapped up reading my current book a few moments ago. The subject was building the life you want and unlocking true happiness…and helping others do the same. The very last paragraph of the book from the co-authors read like this:
“So just remember, we are walking alongside you, wishing you our very best in your journey. And we ask that you do the same for us. Strengthening one another, we can help each other build the lives we want. And together, we can maybe even help build the world we want as well.”

That passage felt divinely relevant and I think it’s quite the same message the NCP team is feeling.

I’m grateful for your trust, attention, compassion, and enthusiasm for life.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Stumbled across this vintage photo recently…

During school, I made more money playing music than I did as an intern. From this picture, you might agree it seems I was a pretty big deal.

No. 1: Looks like I went by my first name only, just like Madonna or Cher.
No. 2: $2 is every bit of $5 in today’s world.

Anyway, there’s a point to this - I’m tying music into tonight’s big launch. Come hang out at 8PM CENTRAL in NCPlus.

These headlines were in my inbox recently…

Unfortunately, grim pharmacy stories aren’t hard to come by these days and closures, both independent and corporate, are rampant.

The second screenshot is a comment from a pharmacist desperate to get out. It’s painful to read.

These things are direct outputs from a health system that is not focused on health.

My advice to pharmacies?
Wherever the masses go, turn and go the other way.
When the masses say no, say yes.
When the masses do this, do that.

I love what I do - that’s why that comment is hard to read.

And don’t get me wrong - there’s no “easy” button.

It is, however, hard to go wrong when you do what’s right.

I don't know what I'm doing (most of the time)...

I just do stuff - stuff that feels right.

• I have no "posting calendar" or fancy strategy.
• I don't chase followers or likes (vanity metrics).
• I don't have a sales team.

Words I like?
• The relationships we build are more important than the stuff we sell.
• It's a luxury to put our interests first. It's an honor to put the interests of others before ourselves.
• We want to help more people feel better - faster, and for good.

That being said...

9 months was spent developing the UNLOCK Functional Genetic Test (methylation insights, brain health info, and a bunch more) — and we’re giving it away as a free gift when someone joins NCPlus, our wellness platform loaded with insights and data-driven education. Izzie Mae and I are on the road and we’ve taken a similar picture before, back in March of last year…

We’d just launched NCPlus at that time and I was building out a course for guidance around testing for and optimizing omega-3 and vitamin D levels.

It was deep work, and so is this.

After months of offering one-on-one consultations, gathering feedback, and evaluating the data, the next major launch is brewing.

(Not to bore you with business stuff, I recently shared that I’m a recovering “yes man” and - yes - the time is ripe. After all, I revealed the UNLOCK Functional Genetic Test a whole six months ago!)

I’ll be doing 1-2 live events soon - exclusively inside NCPlus - to let you know all about what I’m stirring up, so keep your eyes peeled for those dates and times. By the way, only 20 slots are open for participation.

My happy place is designing, curating, building, and creating. Thank you for this opportunity.

I have so many questions…

• Is this because the algorithm knows I’m from Kentucky?
• Do they attract fewer online haters than me?
• Doesn’t Colonel Sanders wear a white coat of some sort?
• How high do you have to climb the ladder before you can wear a string tie?
• Free biscuits for life?
• Does my affinity for herbal supplements translate to herbs and spices?
• Do I need to start practicing my southern drawl thicker than it already is?
• Does the FDA regulate crispy vs. extra crispy?

I think I’ll pass for now - unless the answers to these questions are unexpectedly awesome.

I’ve got a good feeling this will be one of the things I’m most proud of when my career is all said and done…

Believe it or not, I’ve been in a disciplined season of “not now” for a good while.

Having been a “Yes Man” for 10+ years and creating plenty of chaos along my paths, I have no regrets about that - sometimes, that’s just how you build (in my humble opinion).

All that being said, the next thing is dropping very soon and it’s something I’ve intentionally said “not now” to for a long while. The time is finally right…
• It will be offered to a limited group only, so NCPlus is where you’ll get the details.
• It’s been many months in the works - the other major focus that overlapped my efforts that went into the UNLOCK Functional Genetic Test launch.
• Sure, it’s innovative. Also, it’s what people have told us they want…and need.

Passing along a strong suggestion from a new customer who understandably looks at online businesses with a critical eye…

She picked up the phone and called us this past Saturday “to make sure we were real” and was quite shocked when our head of e-commerce and our pharmacist both had lengthy, assuring interactions with her.

“You guys need to tell Easton to let people know they can call and actually talk to real people!”

Hmmm. Okay, here it goes:
Yes, we’re a real pharmacy and - while we do have a pharmacy to run - we do our absolute best to provide a high-touch experience to every person who puts their trust in us.

At the end of the day, we’re just a (really) small business. So, yeah, call us. What a concept, right?
