The Cleanest, LLC is urgently hiring for multiple Residential Cleaner (House Cleaner) positions in the Columbia, MO area available immediately.
We are looking for candidates with at least one year of prior cleaning experience who currently have their own vehicle and a valid drivers license. Candidate's vehicles must be reliable, in good working order, and large enough to transport supplies to and from assigned cleans (trunk space/back seat space is usually sufficient), but supplies must be enclosed (no trucks unless equipped with bed topper).
Starting pay for the position is $17/hour with a raise of up to $1/hour given at three month evaluation. Yearly evaluations are given for additional raises up to $1/hour. Evaluations are based on performance, time management, client rapport, and overall work ethic.
We are looking for candidates with availability M-F between the hours of 9AM-5PM. Residential Cleaners are scheduled off evenings/nights and weekends every week. We offer flexible schedules. Our ideal candidates are those with 20+ hours of availability per week.
All potential candidates must be comfortable taking care of client's homes alone after completion of training lasting approximately two weeks (depending on desired schedule) with a trainer. We do not perform team cleans after training has been completed aside from occasional and seasonal move-out/turnover/post-construction cleans.
On-the-spot hiring after completion of interview is extremely common and candidates are given the option to start immediately.
